1. How can I get samples?
You have to pay for the samples and the courier freight charges. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.
If you don't have an courier account, you can send your courier to pick-up the samples from our company. Or,send us the sample charge together with the courier cost by T/T and we'll arrange the courier service for the delivery of the samples immediately.
2. How much is the courier freight charges for the samples?
Courier freight charges depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your location. Please ask our export department for a quotation.
3.Does the samples or order need to be insured?
It depends on your decision. If you need insurance, please tell us in advance to arrange this for you. All the insurance cost is for your account.
4. How can I get your quotation?
We can send you our quotation and order information via email or fax.
5. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
Yes.
Logo and imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing. You can send us the artwork by email in AI format.
If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products (custom design package), such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 500 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF format ( 300 dpi ).
6. How do I place an order?
Please send us your purchase order by email or fax if you choose T/T payment in advance. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your confirmation.
We need to know the following information for your order:
* Shipping information - company name, full address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or seaport, delivery method ( by air , sea or land or thru private courier )
*Shipping mark ( In case you have no specification of shipping mark, we'll arrange one for you.)
* The items you want to order as well as quantity and unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight prepay or collect for the case of T/T in advance.
* Forwarder's contact details if there's any ( in China or Hong Kong )
7. Can you arrange the delivery for us?
Yes. We can arrange delivery via sea, air, land and courier transportation.
8. How can the products be sent to us?
For small quantity or package weighing less than 100 kg, we usually send by courier or air.
For big quantity or volume, we usually ship by ocean container.
The delivery method depends on client's choice. Freight charges depends on quantity, weight, volume, method of delivery, destination country (airport, seaport ).
9. What's your usual payment term for orders?
Wire transfer ( T/T ) to our company bank account after order confirmation.
10. What’s the T/T account to which we should remit payment?
We accept T/T or Western Union.
